Domain Registration

Your domain is your website address. ie www.fixwebdesign.com Once you have decided this you can search online to make sure your chosen name is available or we can do this for you. You can then purchase this address, whether you do this yourself or we can organise this.

Website Hosting

Once you have your domain name and you are ready to get your website developed you then need a place to host your website. (space on the internet where your site will sit)

If you don't already have this we can set up your hosting. Standard hosting for a year is approximately £50 - £100 depending on your site requirements ie. space required, sql database, etc.

Design & Layout

When we start working with you our first objective is to establish your objectives and then we will go about creating the initial design based around information you have given us, whether that be art work, other websites that you like or just your thoughts.

We will make sure you are happy with the initial design and layout before completing the full website as this saves time and money for you as we won't have to keep going back to make changes.

Our job is to ensure you are happy with the feel, functionality and professionalism of your site.

Flash Work

Flash is the images and text that move and bring life to your site. Whether you want changing images with text that tells a story or sells a product or service, we can add this functionality to your website. Have a look at a few of our client websites to get an idea of what you like and may want to add to your site.

Pricing

Our pricing will vary depending on the scale of your project. We will strive to make sure you receive the best price possible and within your budget. However please remember that with quality there is always a higher price.

If you want a website for a few hundred pounds it can be done, but it is unlikely to be to a high standard. We charge for a basic site which includes domain registration, hosting and up to 10 pages £500. If you then want to add flash work bringing your site to life as well as more pages the price will go up to around £800 - £1000. If you are then looking for a site that has registered users, registration forms, payment setup, the price again will go up to around £2000.
